At The Workwear Cabin, we take pride in ensuring your order is completed to the highest standard and delivered as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details you need about our delivery process and timescales.
Production & Dispatch Times
- Embroidered or Printed Items:
All customised garments (embroidered or printed) are made to order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for production and dispatch. - Blank (Non-Customised) Items:
For plain, non-customised garments, we offer a faster turnaround.
Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery Options
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your chosen shipping method at checkout. We use reliable UK couriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- Express Delivery (where available):Â Next working day after dispatch
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Split Deliveries
If your order includes both customised and non-customised items, your order may be sent in separate shipments to ensure you receive available items as soon as possible.
